The examination of suppliers and/or their subsuppliers is carried out by specialists from our Center under the leadership of S. P. Grigoryev, St. Petersburg, Russia.

Supplier survey includes:

• Assessing how the supplier controls the quality of supplied products.
• Assessing how the supplier controls the quality of production processes and compliance with the technology approved by the buyer.
• An assessment of how the supplier monitors its measurement systems (stability, measurement system error, consistency, offset) and uses them to separate products into good and bad products before shipment to the customer.
• An assessment of how the supplier organized the processes of interaction with its subsuppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparation of a report for the customer based on the results of the supplier survey, development of recommendations for improving the activities of the supplier and its subsuppliers.

Date

The duration of a visit to the supplier’s enterprise for an express examination is from 1 day.

Report

A report on the results of the survey with proposed measures aimed at improving the quality of products produced and supplied by suppliers will be provided within two weeks.

Cost and terms of payment for work

The cost of work is: 75,000.00 rubles/one day of visit , NDS is not appearing. This cost additionally includes work to assess the current state of affairs in the supplier’s company and develop recommendations that will be presented in a report based on the results of the survey.

Travel expenses

For enterprises located outside of St. Petersburg, additional payment for flights, transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, and hotel accommodation for the duration of the visit plus one day will be required.

All documents for accounting are transmitted electronically and signed with a qualified electronic signature of the supplier, issued by the Certification Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

Technical requirements for a work office on the territory of the customer and the enterprise being inspected

Separate ventilated office.
